How it works

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order — WhatsApp +92 309 4331712 or email sales@khaaak.com with your order number.
  2. Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging (unworn, undamaged).
  3. Once we receive and check the item, we will refund the full product price within 5 working days — by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa, your choice.

Exchanges

Prefer a different design or size? We will exchange your item free of charge within the same 7-day window.

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items — in that case we cover everything.
  • Damaged or wrong item received? Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or full refund immediately, no return needed in most cases.
